94% Retail Growth, Zero Added Marketing Spend

RUNG Strategy partnered with Wave Antiques, a 130-year-old jewellery business to protect a declining wholesale operation and unlock the next phase of retail growth. We expanded capacity to convert existing demand and strengthened the business's operating foundations for the long term. The result: Q2 2026 revenue up 94% year-over-year versus Q2 2025, with no increase in marketing spend, with the business now on track for over 100% year-on-year growth in Q4 2026.

Strategic Exit for an Electric Two-Wheeler Engineering Consultancy

RUNG Strategy partnered with an electric two-wheeler engineering and design consultancy to build a long-term growth strategy, then guided the founders through a complex cross-border sale when a strategic acquirer emerged. We supported the negotiation and deal structure, and introduced a solicitor to handle the documentation, working together from handshake to completion. The result: a successful sale to a leading strategic acquirer, completed in mid-2026 with the founders' personal risk actively minimised across a genuinely complex, multi-entity transaction.

175x ARR Growth in 12 Months

We supported an AI tool for NHS GP services in building its commercial function from the ground up, growing annual recurring revenue 175x in twelve months. With no existing market for the product, this started with proving the need for it and establishing product market fit, before building the sales materials, value proposition, and commercial pricing and terms model from scratch, establishing sales processes and a tailored CRM, and securing champions and case studies that further accelerated growth, alongside hiring and ramping a sales team for the company.
